Cellier des Dauphins Blanc
The vineyards in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône district are blessed with a favorable soil (rich clay soil rich in lime) and sunny growth which guarantees the consistent quality of the wine. Cellier des Dauphins is the result of care during growth, ripening and harvest. Vinification takes place in the traditional way. The wine is then stored in oak barrels, well protected and under constant control. The wine is stored in the cellar under the famous Abbeye de Bouchet nunnery from the 12th century.
