The Biscardo family has been making wine from their farm in Soave for over 150 years, and is currently run by brothers Maurizio and Martino Biscardo. Vinhuset was founded in 1878, and already at the beginning of the 20th century they were among the first to promote their wines commercially. In 1930-1940, Biscardo was one of the first on the Italian market to sell wines to restaurants and to start exporting to neighboring countries. Both the wines from Veneto and Puglia are characterized as exceptional value for money with high aromatic purity.
