Pascal Debon is vinified by Sauvignon Blanc. In Gascony, he discovered Sauvignon Blanc from Domaine de l'Herré with its unique aromas and scents, which come from the exceptional microclimate of Gascony. The wealth and potential is here in these sandy fields on the edge of the optimal climatic conditions influenced by the Atlantic and the Pyrenees: they provide the vineyard with warm days and cool nights for optimal growing conditions for growing grapes. So the story starts with the purchase of Domaine de l'Herré, a great vineyard of 100 hectares planted with grape vines consisting of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Gros Manseng and Colombard.
